Tasks:
- Management and organisation of the nursing team
- Ensuring the high quality of care in accordance with applicable standards
- Planning and implementing training and further training for nursing staff
- Coordinating care processes in close cooperation with other departments
- Ensuring patient-orientated and service-oriented care
Requirements:
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF
- Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in a managerial position
- Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of legal regulations in the healthcare sector
- Organisational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Team-orientated and motivating personality
